All electronic communications, including emails, attachments, and similar correspondence (hereinafter referred to as "Email(s)"), that you receive from Global Risk Management, or its employees, agents, or representatives, are subject to the following Email Disclaimer:

The Emails from Global Risk Management are confidential and may contain privileged or private information, including content protected by copyright. These communications may also be covered by legal privilege. The recipient is permitted to open and read the message and any attachments. All other rights are reserved unless explicitly indicated by the sender and Global Risk Management.

If you are not the intended recipient, please delete the email and notify the sender immediately. Unauthorized recipients are strictly prohibited from distributing, disseminating, copying, forwarding, storing, or using the Email or its contents for any purpose. Unauthorized disclosure and/or use may result in both criminal and civil liability.

The views expressed in the Email are not necessarily those of Global Risk Management. Global Risk Management does not approve of its employees sending spam, defamatory, offensive or unsolicited emails, or any communication that violates the law or infringes on the proprietary rights of others.

While Global Risk Management has taken reasonable precautions to ensure that its Emails are free from viruses, the company will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising, whether directly or indirectly, from the use of Emails or their attachments. This includes, but is not limited to, any special or consequential damages, such as loss of profits, business disruption, or loss of data on information systems, including damage caused by viruses transmitted via Email.

This legal notice shall take precedence over any other email disclaimers that may be attached to return emails or communications sent to any person with an email account associated with Global Risk Management.

No electronic communication sent to Global Risk Management will be deemed received until the company has responded. An automatic reply does not constitute a response under this clause. Emails or electronic messages blocked by Global Risk Management’s virus detection or filtering systems will not be considered received.

Any agreements made via electronic correspondence with Global Risk Management will only become effective once the company confirms a valid contract in a follow-up communication, and will be subject to the requirements of the ECT Act and all applicable South African laws.

Global Risk Management recommends that you scan all Emails received from the company for viruses and similar threats.
